FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Can I pay contactless?
Yes. You can pay contactless with a German Girocard at any time without a price limit. However: We do not accept credit cards or foreign Girocards.
Do we need to register in advance as a family, group of friends, or company?
No. In principle, registrations are not necessary for families, groups of friends, or companies. However, for organizational reasons, we would be grateful if you could let us know by phone or email for groups of 10 or more people.
Can we rent a room for ourselves as a family, group of friends, or company?
Yes, this is possible for a one-time rental price of 12 Euros.
Can we bring our own food and drinks as a family, group of friends, or company?
Yes and no. We ask you to refrain from bringing drinks that can be purchased here from us. To be sure which drinks we offer, simply contact us. Otherwise, bringing your own food/catering is permitted.
Do we always drive together as a family, group of friends, or company?
Yes. People belonging to the same group always drive together and will not be separated. The exception is groups of 12 or more people.
Is there also an opportunity for kids to drive karts?
Yes. We have a separate kids´ track where children from 6 years of age and a minimum height of 1.20m can do their laps in respective kids karts, which are speed-restricted to 25 km/h.
Can I drive together with my child on the kids´ track?
This is possible, albeit limited, because the kids´ karts have a maximum size limit. Whether it fits must be decided on-site. Kids´ karts and Power or Youth karts cannot drive together on the same track.
Do I have the opportunity to drive twin karts or double karts?
No, twin karts or double karts are currently not part of our kart fleet.
Are there minimum heights or a maximum weight for using Power and Youth karts?
No. The only guideline for using Power and Youth karts is the age, which can be viewed under "PRICES".
Under what weather conditions do you close the track?
Within our opening hours, we only stop racing operations during thunderstorms, snow, or black ice. It is possible to drive even in (heavy) rain.
Do I have the opportunity to view my lap time online?
No, unfortunately not. After the race, you will receive a printout with your lap times.
Are there enough parking spaces available?
Yes. Even on particularly busy days, plenty of parking spaces are available.
Do you also sell food (e.g, ice cream, fries, bratwurtst, etc.)?
No. However, we offer smaller snack like chocolate or gummy bears.
Are there discounts for pupils, students, or people with disabilities?
No, apart from the 10-Ticket card discount, there is no explicit discount for pupils, students or people with disabilities.
